Because all custom gliders and Ottomans are made to order, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. This item ships via White Glove Delivery within the continental US.
Our White-Glove Delivery Service includes bringing the item into your home (up no more than two flights of stairs), unpacking it and removing all packaging. The shipping surcharge is listed in parentheses after the product price.
Return Policy: Custom upholstery pieces are not returnable; orders may be cancelled only within 24 hours of placement. We stand behind the quality of our products.
