Graphic Designer/Production Artist

We are looking for a Junior-level Graphic Designer/Production artist. We would like
to hire a candidate on a freelance basis initially, with the intention of
finding full time placement inside our company for the right candidate.

The right candidate will:

- be familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite and Quark
- have a strong aesthetic and design-eye, and this should fuel their
technical work
- work well in a team and perform under deadline
- have 3+ years experience
- BE AVAILABLE FOR FULL-TIME PLACEMENT if the fit is right.

Extra Credit if you have:
- HTML proficiency (Dreamweaver etc.)
- Experience working with a Brand-based company, particularly one where
style, quality and good design are a key ingredient in their product,
collateral and marketing message

Projects may include but are not limited to:
- Designing and producing catalog layouts
- Designing and producing advertisements
- Designing HTML marketing pieces (depending on proficiency)
- Designing and producing various marketing collateral

You will be working under the direction of a Senior-level Art Director.

 Our aesthetic and product line as represented on our site and in our catalog should speak to the right candidate.
