Provided the return meets these criteria, returns are refunded in the original payment form, less shipping and handling.  Please note, Serena & Lily does not accept returns on: Fabric Yardage, Custom orders, Cribs, Dressers, Gliders, Ottomans, Headboards or Monogrammed items.  After 30 days, Serena & Lily cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects.
