Condition: New.

Entitled "In the Studio - Study" this late 20th century oil on paper abstract is by L.A. artist, violin prodigy, & actor (c.1930s-1940s), Schuyler Standish (1927-2010). Standish acted alongside Tyrone Power & Rita Hayworth. He entertained troops during WWII in Bobby Byrne’s band. Standish exhibited at the Falk-Raboff Gallery in L.A (1954), LACMA (1959), & Riverside Art Museum (2010) - which honored his with a one-man show before his death. Framed in a restored vintage wood frame with deep brown finish using antique white archival matting behind conservation clear glass.
