Trade Specialist

We’re looking for dynamic people to join our Trade team based in Sausalito, Ca. Candidates for this role must be able to provide a five-star, luxury brand level of service to Serena & Lily Designer Circle and Hospitality members. You will embody and operate by the Serena & Lily Brand Ethos: Innovation, Style, Integrity, Optimism, Expressiveness, Confidence and Appreciation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acts as brand steward in all interactions with Designer Circle and Hospitality members, vendors and co-workers
  • Field Trade calls and emails, providing end-to-end service including writing estimates and following up on completed transactions to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Provide order issue resolution for items such as returns, replacements, refunds, delivery status and backorder inquiries.
  • Review and approve Designer Circle and Hospitality applications and tax exemption materials in accordance with established company policies.
  • Develop relationships with Designer Circle and Hospitality members to ensure brand loyality and repeat visits.
  • Review and approve Designer Circle and Hospitality applications and tax exemption materials in accordance with established company policies.
  • Master product knowledge and brand design inspiration.
  • Simultaneously navigate multiple software applications and technologies.
  • Willingness to ask questions and seek solutions; a self starter.
  • Other tasks assigned by Leadership.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional service, with all of the personal qualities that this requires: warmth, empathy, optimism, team orientation, and conscientiousness.
  • A thorough familiarity with Serena & Lily products and brand, as well as the competitive set.
  • Experience working with high-touch VIP clients and resolving complex service issues.
  • Creative problem-solving capabilities, ownership of issues, and excellent organization and follow-up.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Zendesk/NetSuite experience a plus.
