This item is made to order and will deliver in 12-16 weeks via White Glove Delivery. Items upholstered in a backordered fabric will be available to ship on the date noted above. You will receive an email when your custom item is in transit, and will be contacted 1-3 weeks after that to schedule your delivery appointment. This service includes bringing the item into your room of choice, unpacking and assembling as required, and removing all packaging materials. Prior to delivery, please ensure that the area where the item is to be placed is clear of furniture and pathways are unobstructed. The delivery team is unable to move or relocate existing furniture.

Return Policy: Custom items are made to order and non-returnable. In the event that an item arrives defective or damaged, please let us know immediately upon receipt and we will make it right.
