    Ben Junta lives near the sea, and his paintings reflect that. He studied at the Santa Fe Art Institute and the Vermont Studio Center, among other locations. His paintings hope to reflect in some part his awe for the waters and lands that surround him. He surfs often and is always in wonder at the interplay of color, shape, and line as he ponders the views in and around both land and sea.
