Entitled "Maiko" this 1960-70s serigraph on paper is by Bay Area printmaker, painter, and book artist Carol Cunningham (1925-2013). She founded Sunflower Press in Marin in the early 1960s and was a member of Moxon Chappel, the Miniature Book Society, the Small Book Club of Marin, and the Colophon Club. She often signed her pieces ‘Blair’. Estate stamped lower right. Framed in a contemporary wood frame with hammered silver face and black sides using white archival matting behind conservation clear glass.

If necessary, oil and acrylic paintings can be cleaned with a damp cloth or by a professional art conserver. Works under glass can be cleaned using a glass cleaner, but avoid harsh chemicals when cleaning works under plexi to prevent surface damage.
