In-stock furniture frames and in-stock cushions arrive approximately by the date noted above or within 2-4 weeks and made to order cushions arrive approximately by the date noted above or within 8-12 weeks of order receipt via White Glove Delivery. Our Delivery Partner will contact you 1-2 weeks before the date noted above to schedule your in-home delivery. This service includes bringing the item into your room of choice, unpacking and assembling as required, and removing all packaging materials.

Return Policy: Custom items are made to order and non-returnable. In the event that an item arrives defective or damaged, please let us know immediately upon receipt and we will make it right.
