• Our performance fabrics are designed to repel water, resist mildew and stand up to extreme sun, heat and rain exposure without fading.

• Store mattress indoors when not in use to prevent mold.

• Clean once or twice a year by hosing it down or using a soft cloth and mild soap solution. Be sure to rinse off all soap residues with fresh water after cleaning.

In-stock furniture frames and in-stock cushions arrive approximately by the date noted above or within 2-3 weeks and made to order cushions arrive approximately by the date noted above or within 4-6 weeks of order receipt via White Glove Delivery. Our Delivery Partner will contact you 1-2 weeks before the date noted above to schedule your in-home delivery. This service includes bringing the item into your room of choice, unpacking and assembling as required, and removing all packaging materials.

Return Policy: Custom items are made to order and non-returnable. In the event that an item arrives damaged, please let us know immediately upon receipt and we will make it right.
