• Clean with natural soap and lukewarm water.
• Sponge briskly and rinse thoroughly to remove dirt.
• Chlorine bleach will not affect the coloration of the solution-dyed acrylic fiber – use it for stubborn stains, but try a solution of one part bleach, two parts water. (Chlorine bleach, strong chemicals or harsh detergents will eventually affect the strength of any fiber or cloth.)
• To prolong the life of your rug, we recommend using a rug pad (sold separately).

Rugs 3' x 5' and smaller arrive approximately by the date noted above or within 7-10 days of order receipt via FedEx Standard Delivery. Rugs 6' x 9' and smaller and select 8’ x 10’ and 9’ x 12’ rugs arrive approximately by the date noted above or within 1-2 Weeks of order receipt via FedEx Oversized Delivery.

Rugs 8’ x 10’ or larger arrive approximately by the date noted above or within 2-4 weeks of order receipt via White Glove Delivery. Our Delivery Partner will contact you 1-2 weeks before the date noted above to schedule your in-home delivery. This service includes bringing the item into your room of choice, unpacking and assembling as required, and removing all packaging materials. Prior to delivery, please ensure that the area where the item is to be placed is clear of furniture and pathways are unobstructed. The delivery team is unable to move or relocate existing furniture.
