Rotate your rug every 3-6 months to prevent excessive wear and sun exposure in one area.
Do not pull at loose ends. Either tuck back or snip with scissors and knot ends.
All wool rugs shed, but with proper care and treatment, most rugs stop shedding after 3-6 months.
Blot spills immediately with a clean dry cloth. Then spot clean as needed using a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh cleaning products as these could fade or damage the rug.
Professional cleaning is recommended for hard-to-remove stains.
To prolong the life of your rug, we recommend using a rug pad (sold separately).
For best results, vacuum regularly on a low setting without the rotating beater brush. This bristled brush digs into the fibers and may damage your rug.
