    Two-time Emmy Award winning Executive Producer, Summer Strauch grew up on the beaches of Honolulu, Hawaii. Producing specials like The Video Music Awards, New Years Eve In Times Square and Live specials for Miley Cyrus, Gwen Stefani and Cold Play over the past 20 years, her career has always been rooted in music. A few years ago, Summer combined her love of music with her love of the ocean through her photography. Seeing the world through song, Summer captures an image based on lyrics she just can’t get out of her head. It’s those musically inspired images that help her tell her story and express the way she sees the world. Her esthetic is best captured by the words of R.M Drake, ‘She smiled at the ocean because the waves told her story.’
