Shipping & Delivery

This item is made to order and will deliver in 8-10 weeks via White Glove Delivery. Items upholstered in a backordered fabric will be available to ship on the date noted above. Our White Glove Delivery Partner will contact you within 1-3 weeks of order receipt to schedule your in-home delivery. This service includes bringing the item into your room of choice, unpacking and assembling as required, and removing all packaging materials.

Return Policy: Custom items are made to order and non-returnable. In the event that an item arrives defective or damaged, please let us know immediately upon receipt and we will make it right.
