In-stock furniture frames and quick ship cushions arrive within approximately 3-5 weeks of order receipt via Doorstep Delivery. Please note, it may take up to two weeks for this item to leave our facility. Once your order ships, transit time is typically 1 – 3 weeks. Items will be delivered in-box to your doorstep or the nearest dry location. No signature is required. Delivery appointments will not be scheduled by the carrier. Made to order cushions arrive within approximately 4-6 weeks of order receipt via FedEx Ground and cannot be expedited.

Backordered items will be available to ship on the date noted above.

Return Policy: Custom items are made to order and non-returnable. In the event that an item arrives defective or damaged, please let us know immediately upon receipt and we will make it right.
